It is widely accepted that the media plays an increasingly influential role in our lives.

Through this work, you are invited to give voice to any ideas, thoughts, hopes or concerns you might have about what you watch and experience by submitting digital video via the upload button on this page.

Get your views out onto the steps of Channel 4's headquarters! Simply record a short video, saying whatever you want to say about the media and upload it here.

The material you record and upload may be played back as a weekly broadcast from the sculpture.

Any content you submit will be edited by Channel 4 according to the same rules and guidelines that are applied to their own programming. This includes editing any potentially offensive or sensitive material.

Due to demands of the editing process we cannot guarantee that the recording you submit will be shown as part of the weekly programme.

Video files can be submitted in any file format but must not exceed a file size of 20MB and should be no longer than 3 minutes in duration.
